Polytron's Fez, IGF 2008 Excellence in Visual Art Award winner, is a forthcoming platforming game making use of 2D/3D perspective shifts and optical illusions to drive gameplay. Gomez is a 2D man on a voyage of discovery into the mysterious 3rd dimension. The indie developer announced it is bringing Fez to Xbox Live Arcade in 2010.

2K Games is offering a bundle of 20 of its games for $59.99 (and an additional temp. $6 off), an otherwise $229.80 expense. Back in May, Midway established a timeline for the expected sale of its assets to the highest bidders in accordance with the sale and bid procedures motion filed with the bankruptcy court. Now that the timeline has passed, it turns out that Warner Bros. was the only interested party, so the sale has been approved by the Delaware bankruptcy judge.
