SG Updated to version 1.59!

1. Several bugs and exploits addressed including unfair advantages gained by causing the client to simulate latency issues.
2. Manta/Onnir bug fixed, however if you were effected by the bug, you will need to reset your stats through the warroom.
3. F7 Unit deployment interface updated. Instead of being able to sort by levels, you can now sort by names. The arrow keys are now used to scroll through each squad.
4. Battle commander can now signal specific locations on the map by holding the ALT key and double clicking on the map or mini-map.
5. F2 Strategic map will show graphical indicator for the value of each province.
6. F2 Strategic maps war information will correspond to the province selected. If you select a province in battle, it will default to the BATTLE tab. If you click on a non-battle province, it will default to the USER tab. If you click on a capital, it will show the WAR tab.
7. Crater Map and Province 26 updated.
8. Vulture unit can no longer equip afterburners.
9. Shield ablity fixed to block out all ground to ground range items ,including arb fire, fired from outside the shield.
10. MA super organic unit speed increased.
11. Overlords can now give Shout and HP bonus ability to all council members.
