Lecavalier, 25, already has become one of the most decorated young stars in the NHL. Following the 2003-04 NHL season, Lecavalier led the Lightning to the Stanley Cup Finals, where they prevailed in seven games. Just three months later he was named the Most Valuable Player as Team Canada won the 2004 World Cup of Hockey. He was the first overall selection in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft.
NHL 06 was developed by EA Canada in Vancouver, B.C., and will be available on the PlayStation2, Xbox, GameCube and PC this fall.
