VUGames issued a press release regarding a reorganization of its global sales structure to further build the retail performance of Blizzard and Sierra titles. But more importantly was a small note way at the bottom "Phil O'Neil, President North America and COO, has elected to explore opportunities outside of VU Games. "

Pascal Brochier, former Managing Director for VU Games Australia, assumes the new position of Executive Vice President, Global Sales, based in Los Angeles. Brochier brings 20 years of sales, marketing and general management experience on 4 continents in video games and packaged goods. Brochier will report to CEO Bruce Hack.

The global sales team currently in place will report directly to Brochier. Bob Brown, Vice President Regional Sales South and Brad Beegle, Vice President Regional Sales West, will continue to lead retail sales in North America. Xochilt Balzola-Widmann, EVP Europe (Germany, France, Italy) and Adam Roberts, EVP Europe (U.K., Scandinavia, Spain) will continue to lead retail commercial operations in Europe. Brochier will also be responsible for the retail business in Asia.
