Installation

a.) Installing NHL®07
The easiest method of installing NHL®07 is to use the "Autorun" feature. Upon inserting the NHL®07 Disc 1 into your CD-ROM drive, you will be prompted with a "Dialog" screen, select the language you wish to install.

The next screen will enable you to decide where and how you want to install NHL®07 -- perform a "Typical User" or an "Advanced User" install.

The "Typical User" install (default setting) will install NHL®07 to C:Program FilesEA SPORTSNHL07
(where "C:" is the drive that your current operating system is located).

The "Advanced User" option will allow you to choose the install location and Program Folder group.

Select 'Next' to begin installation.

b.) If for some reason your "Autorun" feature is disabled, you can launch the Autorun feature manually by clicking the Start button from the Windows Taskbar and selecting Run....
At the Run dialog box, type "D:autorun", then click OK.
(substitute the correct letter of your DVD-ROM drive if other than D:)

Note: Manually performing a second NHL®07 install before uninstalling the original game files is not recommended.
More specifically, installing into the same location twice can cause the game to malfunction. To avoid problems, the "Autorun" feature should be used for all installs.

Some issues may occur if NHL®07 is installed to a path containing a semi-colon. To avoid any adverse effects, it is highly recommended to use an install path that contains only alphanumeric characters.

Also, the game will not run if the system clock is set to year 2038 or higher.
