3. KNOWN ISSUES

Technical Issues

- Slowdown when the player scrolls for the first time to a big city (camera may freeze for a few seconds)
- Slowdown when placing a wall near a cliff
- Alt+Tab during loading can crash the game
- Pressing a button in a menu twice may activate the button located in the same position in the previous or following menu
- The highest graphic settings need a lot of RAM
- The re-spawn bar of the knight is sometimes not shown at the castle
- Minor graphical issues with highlight button and disabling buttons (buttons pop up for one frame, then disappear if disabled
- For shader 1.3 hardware, some effects are missing or not final (Fog of War, some water effects, …)
- Subtitles are sometimes not displayed in the right way
- There are some collision problems with Settlers
- Sometimes Settlers make strange turns, especially when they have carts
- When the player activates full-screen anti alising he is not able to make screenshots
- Voices sometimes overlap each other.

General Gameplay Issues

- When the player has 150 Settlers in his town, settlers can get sick. This can lead to a lockdown of the game if the player has no medicine available and is not a baron yet, as no promotion of the knight is possible anymore to unlock the medicine need.
- When attacking targets out of their range, catapults sometimes do not move closer to attack but stay where they are
