'Monaco: What's Yours Is Mine' Gets Free Mission Editor On PC

by Rainier on July 4, 2013 @ 1:42 p.m. PDT

Monaco: What's Yours Is Mine is a single player or co-op heist game where you assemble a crack team of thieves, case the joint, and pull off the perfect heist.

Players can take on the role of The Locksmith, The Lookout, The Pickpocket, The Cleaner, The Mole, The Gentleman, The Hacker, or The Redhead.  Inside of various landmarks around Monte Carlo, the thieves must infiltrate with smoke bombs and wrenches or wreak havoc with shotguns and C4.

Monaco: What’s Yours Is Mine features single player or up to four-player co-op play, both local and online, as well as a dynamic rag-time piano score from Grammy-nominated composer, Austin Wintory.

Would-be masterminds will finally get a chance to build their own missions using The Mole's Workshop, Monaco's built-in Steam Workshop-powered level editor.  Players can take advantage of all the tools used to build the actual game to make their own environments filled with traps, loot, and more.  This update is free to all PC/Mac Monaco players.

Even better, since The Mole's Workshop is powered by Steam Workshop, players will be able to automatically submit their levels to the cloud to share them with the world.  Play the top-rated missions, featured missions, or explore and subscribe on your own!  While the level editor has been in beta, we've already recieved hundreds of user-generated worlds... the world of Monaco just got a lot bigger.
