eFootball is the rebranding of Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) gaming series. The change marked a great leap forward as the branding changed alongside the addition of a new football game engine, advancements in gameplay, and the remodelling of the title as ‘free-to-play’ across all compatible devices.

eFootball is an ever-evolving platform with the aim of maximising enjoyment and accessibility for football fans around the world.

During the already seven-year strong partnership, FC Barcelona have enjoyed huge success, including 3 Spanish League titles and 5 domestic cup wins as well.

Konami have been proud to support ‘La Blaugrana’ during their journey and look forward to the partnership's continuation.

This renewal will see Konami retain multiple rights with FC Barcelona, including player access, media opportunities, and event exposure.

To mark the renewal of one of the core partnerships within the “eFootball” series, users and fans alike can add some real power to their Dream Teams with the introduction of three FC Barcelona legends: Rivaldo, Patrick Kluivert, and Javier Saviola.

These three Epic cards will be available in-game between August 10th-17th .

Whilst the stadium itself undergoes an incredible renovation; fans of FC Barcelona can still grace the historic turf of the Spotify Camp Nou exclusively in eFootball.
