Gearbox Publishing San Francisco Rebrands Into Arc Games

When Embracer Group acquired Gearbox Entertainment in early 2021, followed by the acquisition of Perfect World Entertainment in late 2021, the latter was renamed Gearbox Publishing San Francisco, only to be rebranded Arc Games after the recent sell-off to Take-Two.
