I have a confession to make to my loyal readers – most likely all two of you: I am burnt out on MMOG’s. I have a hard time logging into my favorite online games, much less keeping track of the ones I have a professional interest in. The reason for that, is every damn one of them is a horse of a different color, but a gelding nonetheless.

Counter-strike: Source is the remake of the most popular online FPS ever using Valve's latest Source engine, which also powers Half-Life 2. 'Counter-Strike: Source' features all the content CS fans are familiar with, but with excellent graphics. Game2XS has an interesting article up about the changes in CS:S, or you can check our new screens taken from the beta as well as in-game footage we captured during one of our sessions.
