L.A. Noire is an interactive detective story set in the 1947 classic noir period situated in an exact recreation of mid century L.A. drawing players into an open-ended challenge to solve a series of gruesome murders, but also side missions based on real events from that period. While a previous job listing said the game's in the final production phase, Tantalus' Tom Crago claims the game is still a year out, while also confirming an earlier Lead Animator job listing claiming the game went multiplatform.
