In Mobile Suit Gundam SEED: Never Ending Tomorrow, players delve into a future world in which humanity is divided into two warring factions, the genetically altered Coordinators, and unmodified Naturals. Fierce Gundam mobile suit battles take place in the air and on the ground, as players fight through four different gameplay modes. More than 50 suits are available, and the game features over 40 minutes of movie-quality CGI and cut scenes from the TV show for a completely immersive Gundam SEED experience.

In the Cosmic Era a war rages between the Earth Alliance and Zaft Forces. After 11 months of bloody war, the ZAFT forces secretly capture 4 of 5 prototype mobile weapons (Gundams). During this battle, Kira Yamato, a member of the EAF, encounters his best friend, Athrun Zala, now a member of ZAFT. Now on opposite sides of the war, Kira and Athrun must struggle with their thoughts as they are repeatedly forced to fight each other.
