'Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker' (ALL) Unveils Ranked Online Ninja League - Screens & Trailer

by Rainier on Aug. 30, 2018 @ 8:27 a.m. PDT

Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker is an action game that enables players to compete online in 4v4 matches against other teams, with all eight ninjas fighting simultaneously to become elite ninja masters!

Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker features beloved Naruto characters and teams from the series, including Naruto, Sasuke, and Team 7. The game brings a brand-new graphic style with vivid colors and a dynamic third-person ninja gameplay style that enables players to take advantage of the verticality of the arena environment with vertical running and jumping to elevated areas. Players can choose to play co-op with friends and lead teams to victory to be the top ninjas online.

Characters are split up into four roles: Attack, Ranged, Defense, and Heal. Teams that utilize these four types of characters will be formidable opponents on the battlefield. Players can choose between existing characters from the Naruto To Boruto universe, or create a custom character for the first time in a Naruto title!

Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker will take the fight online like never before in fast-paced, acrobatic and epic 4 vs 4 ninja battles.

Players can play as their favorite Naruto characters, or create their own custom fighters, as they compete against other teams to become the greatest ninjas across the globe.

Additionally, in the newly-unveiled competitively ranked Ninja League, players will be able to compete against fellow Shinobi online to climb the global rankings, with the first round taking place from 31st August to 20th September, 2018.

Winning matches online will earn players Grade Points that will be needed to climb the ranks in the online ninja world. Whilst only winning fighters will gain points, a loss will mean losing points.  Depending on players’ win to loss ratio, they will either be promoted up or drop down in the rankings. However, performing certain actions or contributing in other ways in matches will also earn players extra Grade Points.

Grades start from D, C, B, A, and go all the way up to S. Within each grade there are a further five sub-classes, from 5 to 1.

At the end of each Ninja League, players will receive a reward based on their final standing, as well as all rewards from the ranks below too.

Rewards for the first Ninja League:

The Grade A and S rewards will be exclusive new costumes.

For the first time in the Naruto series, the Avatar System is available!

Players will be able to customise their own ninja with different outfits. To become the strongest they will need to master their techniques, unleashing different skills to win the fight in the Ninja League 4 vs 4 battle mode. Boruto, Shikamaru, Choji and 4 different shinobi avatars with different abilities join the fight in vertical maps such as the Hidden Cloud Village.

Choose the one that best suits your fighting style!

Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker will be coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC starting August 31, 2018.
