'The Plane Effect' (ALL) PC Demo Coming To Steam Summer Festival - Screens & Trailer

by Rainier on May 28, 2021 @ 11:48 a.m. PDT

The Plane Effect is a time-and-mind bending isometric adventure game, set in a dystopian future.

It is your last day, it is time to clock out and head home.

But where is hoĢ·me?

And what is home?

Are you alone, Solo?

The Plane Effect puts you in the shoes of Solo, a lonely office worker on his final day at the office and it is time to return to your beautiful family. You do have a family, don't you? You think you do. You remember having a wife and child... you're sure of it.

Toying with your grip of reality and distorting the balance of time and space, Solo battles adversity as he traverses the abstruse and deeply aesthetic world of The Plane Effect.

The Plane Effect demo goes live on June 16th, 2021 in line with the Steam Summer Festival, giving players the very first a taste of Solo's twisted journey for the first time.

The demo will be available from 10AM PDT on 16th June, until 10AM PDT on 22nd June, 2021.

Attempt to thwart a sinister presence which seems to be observing your every move as you progress through a mind-and-time-bending narrative experience.

Along the dangerous path that Solo walks, you'll be challenged with untangling impossible series' of events, getting to grips with the intangible and using logic to overcome the increasingly illogical dystopia around you. Players have the option to figure out puzzles step-by-step with no hints, or activate a little guidance on your impossible journey through 'Assisted-Mode'.

Featuring 4K capabilities and Ray Tracing enabled on PS5 and Xbox Series X, each environment poses different threats and challenges. All you know knows is that you must keep pushing ever onwards, you must keep going.

The Plane Effect is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam) in summer 2021.
