Hosted by Elle Osili-Wood, the BAFTA Games Awards celebrate the very best of 2021 in games, including the EE Game of the Year award voted by the public. 

Julia Hardy and Aoife Wilson will be presenting from BAFTA’s red carpet, interviewing nominees and other special guests as they arrive, before moving to the special post-show party that takes place after the final award is announced. 

All BAFTA Games Awards content will be streaming on Thursday 7 April 7, 2022 (18.45 BST) through BAFTA’s social channels.

The Awards take place on Thursday 7 April at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank, London, with presenter and journalist Elle Osili-Wood returning as host. The ceremony will see winners in 18 categories announced, recognizing a range of crafts, performances and games.

All awards are voted for by BAFTA’s membership of games industry professionals with the exception of the EE Game of the Year award, which is voted for by the public and whose shortlist is Chicory: A Colorful Tale, DEATHLOOP, The Forgotten City, It Takes Two, Metroid Dread and Unpacking. Vote now!
