In Hawked players must explore this mysterious island, compete with each other, and battle greedy saurian so called Disciples in an all-out heist for treasure and mystical artifacts. But it’s not just the monsters they’ll have to worry about, other players are gunning for their treasure too. Players will also have to contend with puzzles and traps, hazardous environments, and a variety of other challenges along the way.

In the world of Hawked, the adventurers guild GRAIL has recently made the discovery of a lifetime: X-Isle, a mysterious island that harbors powerful artifacts from a lost civilization. Players must explore X-Isle, a recently-discovered treasure trove filled with loot. However, the nefarious, scaly Disciples have also laid claim to the island, and will not give up their conquest so easily. X-Isle is an enormous dynamic map, with each session challenging players to compete on different parts of the island. Its treasures and Artifacts are hidden in boobytrapped temples and ruins throughout.

Enter the Renegades, treasure-hunting mercenaries with a penchant for plundering. As Renegades, the players will have access to a large collection of weapons and gadgets, battle vicious monsters, outwit enemies, and gun down each other while roaming the island. Players will run, jump, surf, zipline, and soar through an ever-evolving world filled with deadly hazards, lush jungles, and ancient ruins.

The GRAIL mission is approaching its end, as X-Isle will soon fade away. The MY.GAMES team has made the difficult decision to discontinue HAWKED’s services in the near future.

It was a great hunt, and we are grateful to every Renegade who joined the journey: exploring the jungles and ruins of X-Isle, chasing Caravans and Relics, solving puzzles and uncovering mysteries, battling VEKTR, and simply enjoying the adventure together.

We are closing this chapter to focus on new challenges ahead.

Starting March 11, all in-game purchases and payments will be disabled. Players will still be able to access and enjoy the game using existing content and previously acquired items.

The servers will remain fully operational until:

• Console: September 7

After these dates, the game and its online services will be permanently retired.

The current Renegade Pass will be extended until September 7. Additionally, every Renegade will receive free access to the Realities Pack upon logging into the game starting March 11. We have also unlocked the in-game shop contents for Hawks, so don’t miss your final chance to gear up before the expedition ends.

This decision was made after careful internal discussions and an evaluation of the project’s long-term prospects. As part of a broader internal process, the company chose to reallocate its resources toward other products and new initiatives and focus on future developments. Is HAWKED shutting down for good?

What does “project/server closure” mean?

Artifacts can be equipped once found on the island. They offer passive bonuses such as the ability to turn into a bush when crouching or offering a sixth sense for nearby enemies. Hawked currently has 18 types of Artifacts. Players can combine three at the same time, and all Artifacts can be found and upgraded in multiple levels of rarity.

Players can use them along with 16 types of gears such as boomerangs, deployable covers, a scouting falcon, and more, offering a wide range of customization options and gameplay styles. Gears and Artifacts are upgraded using currency gathered from selling and/or dismantling treasure on the Riftwake, the game’s social space. From sneaky assassins, to team focused support, in Hawked players can take their ideal Renegade onto the island.
