Ubisoft announced has signed an agreement with Namco Bandai Europe to distribute Soulcalibur IV on the X360 and PS3, and Soulcalibur Legends exclusively on Wii. Both games will hit stores across Europe and other PAL territories in summer 2008.

Namco Bandai are currently working on a new installment in the SoulCalibur franchise albeit a departure from the usual fighting game formula. SoulCalibur Legends will be an action adventure game, using the wiimote to defeat enemies, mostly familiar characters from the SC universe. Namco announced today a retail pre-order program for its upcoming fighting game, SoulCalibur III. Starting this month, consumers in the United States and Canada can pay $5 at Electronics Boutique, GameStop and GameCrazy stores to pre-order SoulCalibur III and receive a custom t-shirt when they pick up the game.
