Scavenge mode pits humans vs. various infected, with the human team retrieving as many of the 16 gas cans to fill up generators within 90 seconds. L4D 2 game listing on EA's PS3 section (in two separate places) including a mock up box covers, before it was taken down. It's not a secret Valve isn't a fan of PS3 development, so maybe EA is outsourcing the project like it did with the Orange Box.
