NCsoft today announces the latest chapter to its massively multiplayer game, Lineage. Lineage 1, Episode 2: Heaven and Earth, launches today on North American servers and gives players even more areas to explore and creatures to battle. It also introduces the Lastabad Dark Elf army, which is wreaking havoc on the towns and castles of Lineage’s fictional world of Aden.

“Heaven X” developer of interactive entertainment, after succes of developing Indiana Jack for Techland, and Kokomando for L.K. Avalon, announced today, that three new titles are in development for PC platform. Two action-adventure games for younger players, and sci-fi FPS based on Magnum Engine fully developed by Heaven X. Russian developer Burut has announced that they started working on the "GoldenLand :Cold Heaven" localization (means translating for non-Russian distribution). While the original game is not even available in English speaking territory, the addon has already gone gold in Russia and is expected to appear in stores soon. Rumor has it that both titles might ship at the same time (maybe as a package deal?) in English speaking territories. Read more to check out two new screens ...

For this purpose, each side has seven prophets at their disposal, as well as an amount of wonders and plagues (lightning, flood, grasshopper ...) A few weeks ago we had the German demo, now CDV has released the English version. The demo sports a tutorial as well as 1 game mission playable in three different difficulty settings. Following a nationwide search of college campuses to find the most promising ninja-inspired short films, two students have been chosen as the winners of the Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven, "Reel Ninja Film Contest." Legendary film director John Woo and producer Terence Chang of Lion Rock Productions awarded Joshua Gorin from the University of Pennsylvania the $15,000 Grand Prize for his submission, "The Ninja Movie," a clever three-minute live action short set in a snowy cemetery.

Activision is giving gamers an all access pass to go behind-the-scenes for its highly anticipated stealth-based, ninja action game at
the official Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven web site. The site will kick off with an exclusive cinematic trailer showcasing the game's epic storyline and heart-pounding stealth action featuring all three playable characters - Rikimaru, Ayame and Tesshu. Additionally, the site will be updated weekly and will roll out a host of other downloads and information including custom wallpaper, character and weapon features, links to the online Ninja community and news updates. Named one of GameSpy's "Most Wanted Console Games of 2003," Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven will be available at retail early next month for a suggested retail price of $49.99.
