PLAY magazine, Eidos is working on the next installment in the Tomb Raider franchise. Set a few years after the last game, Crystal Dynamic has made Tomb Raider Underworld more realistic (fluid movements due to motion capturing) and interactive (persistent destruction, Lara gets muddy but with the weather system, ran will wash it away), and lush (you'll be traveling, jungles, Mexico) all over the world. Currently scheduled for 2008 on PS3, X360 and PC.

Eidos confirmed that Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary for the Xbox 360 will be released on Oct. 23rd to retail stores. In November, the game will also be available as downloadable episodic content for Xbox 360 in two installments, each containing two chapters and the mansion level.
