Originally scheduled for release this month, Capcom's John Diamonon revealed it is being pushed until July.

It has been rumored quite a few times already that while Bungie may be taking a break from the Halo franchise, it doesn't mean a fourth installment is out of the question. On the contrary, Brothers in Arms developer Gearbox Software, who ported the original Halo to PC, is said to be secretly working on Halo 4. According to The Space Oddity the game will be a prequel, possibly titled Halo: Forerunner, and an announcement is to be expected very soon.

Nintendo Slapped With $21 Million Fine In Patent Infringement Lawsuit

Back in 2006 Texas based Anascape Ltd. filed suit against Nintendo and Microsoft for infringing on one of its patents (3D controller with vibration) it had filed in 2000. While Microsoft immediately settled out of court, Nintendo decided to go all the way and fight the lawsuit. Now Federal court has ruled in favor of Anascape and awarded it a settlement of $21 million. Nintendo plans to file an appeal in order to reduce the penalty.

Back in late 2003 Ubisoft released its action/adventure Beyond Good & Evil to much critical acclaim but unfortunately that did not translate into sales numbers and the franchise was abandoned. In an interview with French magazine JeuxVideo, Rayman's Michel Ancel revealed that we can expect to see Jade again, as BG&E 2 has been in pre-production for over a year, even though Ubisoft has not given its final approval yet.

Sony Rolls Out v2.35 PS3 Firmware Update

Sony has rolled out the v2.35 PS3 system software update, and the relatively minor update improves stability of some PS3 titles, but unfortunately did not give any details whatsoever. However SCEA stated that "to clarify that this upcoming firmware update isn't related to GTA IV.
