According to an ad in the 3rd season DVD set for FOX's Prison Break released earlier this week, Brash Entertainment will be making the action series into a game. Due to a political conspiracy, an innocent man is sent to death row, and his only hope is his brother who makes it his mission to deliberately get himself sent to the same prison in order to break the both of them out from the inside. No details were provided, only that the game is currently scheduled for Feb. 2009.

In further backlash to the Activision/Vivendi merger, Radical's HR VP Leah Rubin
revealed that it has to lay off 100 of its employees due to canceled projects.
