revealed he is working with 3DR CEO Scott Miller to adapt the game franchise into a movie. No need to line up at the box office just yet, as the project is merely in the early stages. Faye is "working at establishing a Duke film scenario that will compel a studio to finance a feature version." The movie will stay true to the game, but will be "expanding Duke's 'storyverse' in a very significant major way."

Project Origin continues F.E.A.R.'s supernatural suspense story of an escalating paranormal crisis that threatens to destroy a major American city. Alma now has free reign, and the consequences will be unimaginable. The recent Activision Vivendi merger freed up the F.E.A.R. license, which Monolith acquired, and while an official announcement will be made tomorrow, WBIE has confirmed to us that Project Origin is now official called F.E.A.R. 2, scheduled for Feb. 10, 2009.
