'My Hero One's Justice 2' (ALL) Adding Mei Hatsume Character Later This Summer - Screens

by Rainier on July 20, 2020 @ 2:46 p.m. PDT

In My Hero One's Justice 2, players can create a team of three fighters from a huge roster of their favorite heroes and villains and face off against rival teams.

Nejire Hado and Tamaki Amajiki of “The Big 3” join the character roster in My Hero One's Justice 2 as brand-new playable characters!

Nejire Hado’s Quirk – Wave Motion – allows her to convert her vitality into energy, which she can release as blast waves from both her hands and feet. Nejire’s quirk is extremely powerful and she can easily overpower top villains on her own.

Tamaki Amajiki’s Quirk – Manifest – allows him to manifest the characteristics of things that he eats as long as it is still in his system. Tamaki’s quirk allows him a vast amount of variation and unpredictability with his attacks.

Along with new characters, My Hero One's Justice 2 also introduces a brand-new dodge mechanic that allows players to evade attacks from opponents, adding a new layer of gameplay to the fight.

Mei Hatsume will be the next paid DLC character to join the My Hero One's Justice 2 roster this summer.

A promising U.A. High Department of Support student from Class 1-H, Hatsume uses her Zoom Quirk to keep a watchful eye on the battlefield, pinpointing opportunities to turn the tide with her unpredictable arsenal of support items like the Wire Arrow, Electro Booster and Capture Gun.

Players can separately purchase and unlock Mei Hatsume, Hawks and the three yet-to-announced DLC characters, or they can access them as soon as they go live by purchasing the My Hero One's Justice 2 Season Pass for $19.99. Moreover, Mei Hatsume’s cheerleader outfit will simultaneously be made available as a standalone purchase this summer.

For the first time ever, play with your friends on the same team! My Hero One's Justice 2 introduces 2v2 battles, a new gameplay feature that enables players to be on the same team and will allow four players to battle against each other in 2v2 bouts! My Hero One's Justice 2 is also adding fan favorite characters such as the Pro Hero “BMI Hero: Fat Gum” and two members from the League of Villains, “Compress” and “Twice”.

My Hero One's Justice 2 also showcases new ways to play with various game modes in “Play Mode”! In Mission Mode, players can scout their favorite characters to their office and complete missions using teams of heroes and villains. In Arcade Mode, players can enjoy unique battles and special conversations with every character. Story Mode also returns in My Hero One's Justice 2, enabling players to experience the riveting story of the anime from both the Hero and the Villain side!

Based on the smash hit My Hero Academia anime, My Hero One's Justice 2 is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam).
