When you fire up your favorite game, you’re playing it instantly. That’s what it means to be Game Ready on GeForce NOW. The experience has been optimized for cloud gaming and includes Game Ready Driver performance improvements. NVIDIA manages the game updates and patches. And when a game supports RTX, you can play it on GeForce NOW with beautifully ray-traced graphics and DLSS 4/5.
The GeForce NOW library is ever-growing. In an effort to help spotlight the games that are coming to the service, we’re moving to a monthly cadence for announcing new instant access games. Games will continue to be released every week – with new game launches available day-and-date, and back catalog games released each Thursday – but our members, and your readers, will now be able to learn about what’s coming a little further in advance.
Hogwarts Legacy receives an NVIDIA DLSS 5 upgrade with 3D-Guided Neural Rendering today, bringing lifelike lighting and materials to the wizarding world on GeForce NOW.
Blizzard Entertainment’s World of Warcraft: Forever also opens a new chapter in Azeroth, with a launch-week access reward available for GeForce NOW members. Meanwhile, Ubisoft brings fresh challenges with expansions for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 and Anno 117: Pax Romana.
It’s all part of a packed month of play, with two-dozen games joining the GeForce NOW library throughout November, including eight this week.
Hogwarts in a New
NVIDIA DLSS 5 with 3D-Guided Neural Rendering arrives in Hogwarts Legacy today, giving members a new reason to return to Hogwarts, streaming from Steam, Epic Games and Xbox with Play Anywhere support.
Published by Warner Bros. Games under the Portkey Games label and developed by Avalanche Software, Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, open-world action role-playing game set in the 1800s wizarding world. Begin as a fifth-year student, encounter magical creatures, brew potions and learn spells while exploring both recognizable and unfamiliar places.
The update adds lifelike lighting and material detail while retaining underlying geometry and textures. Avalanche Software has tuned the integration through DLSS 5’s developer controls to maintain the game’s artistic intent and style.
Hogwarts Legacy also includes support for the DLSS Multi Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction features, accelerating and enhancing the ray-traced graphics that immerse players in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Thanks to NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 controls in the cloud, members can fine-tune their experience.
Ultimate members can experience the update with GeForce RTX 5080-class performance across PCs, Macs, handhelds, browsers, mobile devices, compatible TVs and more, without an expensive PC upgrade or waiting for game downloads. GeForce NOW handles the installs and updates, saving the storage space for everyday essentials. Just pick up the wand, hop on a broom and take flight.
A New Chapter, Forever
Blizzard Entertainment’s World of Warcraft: Forever launched Wednesday, Nov. 4, and is streaming on GeForce NOW, inviting players into a reimagined original Azeroth built to keep growing for years to come.
Explore new and expanded zones, discover gameplay enhancements and take in upgraded graphics in a world where community and the journey take center stage. Access is included with an active World of Warcraft subscription or Game Time, giving returning heroes and newcomers a fresh starting point.
GeForce NOW also supports CurseForge Addons for World of Warcraft: Forever, giving premium members more ways to customize their experience. At launch, GeForce NOW plans to support around 100 of the most popular CurseForge add-ons, with the selection evolving to reflect player favorites. Members can request additional add-ons through in-app feedback for consideration in future updates.
The cloud keeps the next quest within reach across supported devices. For new World of Warcraft users who don’t already have a subscription, a launch-week access reward is available across all GeForce NOW membership tiers. The access period runs through Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Eligible members can sign in to their GeForce NOW account and head to the Account Portal to redeem while supplies last, on a first-come, first-served basis. Gather the party and venture forward.
New Missions, New Horizons
Ubisoft brings two new downloadable content releases to the cloud this week, sending agents into an overgrown New York and governors toward a new province of the Roman Empire.
Launched earlier this week, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Echoes of Central Park is the biggest experience since Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Warlords of New York, opening up Central Park and the Upper West Side for the first time in franchise history. Investigate disappearances and rumors of a mysterious threat, team up with three companions with distinct combat roles, and earn new gear and six skill variants. Play solo or in co-op, with a level boost available for agents below level 40.
In Anno 117: Pax Romana – Dawn of the Delta, arriving today, build cities in Aegyptus, where deserts, fertile farmland and seasonal floods shape every decision. Develop irrigation systems and choose whether to Romanize the population or preserve local traditions. The new province can be explored in an existing save or chosen as the starting point for a new game.
New territory belongs on the map, not in a download queue. GeForce NOW handles both expansions’ downloads and updates, leaving the planning to governors and the gear management to agents.
