Early this week we reported that Singapore's ratings bureau had banned Mass Effect due to the controversial lesbian sex scene, but that has now been revoked, and Bioware's action/RPG received an M18 classification instead.

Research Claims Violent Video Games Teach Kids to be Aggressive

Ronald Gentile and his son Douglas Gentile, assistant professor of psychology and director of research for video game critic National Institute on Media and the Family.
