Lower-than-expected sales on Juiced 2 and Stuntman Ignition forced THQ to lower its Q2 financial guidance, and as a result, it has decided to postpone Destroy All Humans!: Path of the Furon (PS3/X360), the PS3 edition of Frontlines: Fuel of War and de Blob for the Wii/NDS.

On Oct. 8th, Hong Kong court ordered the raid of Supreme Factory Limited facilities. During a three-day period, Nintendo seized more than 10,000 NDS/Wii game copying devices and mod chips used to unlawfully copy and play games. The mod chips allow the play of pirated Wii discs or illegal copies of Nintendo games downloaded from the Internet.
