Noticed on Bluesnews that the official Tabula Rasa website has been updated with a message from NCSoft's executive producer Richard Garriott with the unfortunate news that its MMORPG 'Tabula Rasa' has been pushed back, and will not be released this winter. "What this means for those of you who've been patiently waiting for the release of Tabula Rasa is that your wait will be a bit longer. The game won't be out this winter and likely won't be ready for some months beyond that. The good news is that we continue to be committed to launching Tabula Rasa only when it is ready."

The third phase of the Half-Life 2 preload begins to Steam account holders today. This will allow users to download the majority of the models of Half-Life 2 in encrypted form. No purchase is required to pre-load Half-Life 2, but is required to activate the game.
