Valve's SteamPowered website has been updated with details regarding the latest update to Earth 2160 (save game issue fixed) and Counter-Strike Source. This update adds HDR to de_dust, resizes crates, adds new GSG9 and Arctic player models, improves lag compensation, and a few other minor tweaks. Just restart Steam for the effects to take place.

It seems Starforce may be losing one of its biggest supporters, as Ubisoft announced today that Nival's upcoming RPG Heroes of Might & Magic V will not have the controversial, and much disliked, Starforce copy protection, instead Ubisoft opted to use "an alternative protection."
