The Core / Premium Xbox 360 controversy seems to be taking a new turn as a boxcover for Sports Interactive's upcoming Football Manager 2006 reveals that it requires a hard drive. Microsoft assured that all games would be playable on every X360, HD or not, so the real question is, what's the HD requirement for? The game itself might very well be playable but save games for the FM series can turn out to be rather big, and the mem stick is only 64mb. Hopefully SI, SEGA or Microsoft will provide further details ...

Electronic Arts revealed today that once again war is upon us. This coming Thursday at 9am PST EA will release a demo for The Battle for Middle-Earth 2 demo. The massive 1.3GB demo will allow you to play as either the Goblins or Dwarves and feature a tutorial and single-player skirmish mode on two maps. We will of course have the demo on our fileserver network as soon as it becomes available.
