Today Ubisoft announced that its Montreal Studio is developing two new titles in the Far Cry Instincts franchise. Far Cry Instincts Next Chapter for the Xbox, and Far Cry Instincts Predator for Xbox 360, which will include the original Far Cry product as well as the Far Cry Next Chapter.

'Digital Jesters' Directors Under Scrutiny

On December 22nd a group of creditors obtained a Winding-Up order from the High Court in the United Kingdom against the publisher Digital Jesters. Following up on this order the creditors now intend to pursue further legal action against the directors of Digital Jesters, Mr. Terry Malham and Mr. Leonardo Zullo. In addition the creditors intend to demonstrate the Shadow Directorship of Mr. Rakesh Gandhi and administrators will shortly be appointed to investigate the transactions of Digital Jesters, their investors and associated ventures such as 'Myriad Interactive' of Mr. Marco Landi, with the aim of recovering outstanding debts.

'Frame City Killer' (X360) Gets Delayed In North America

Frame City Killer is a next-generation action game featuring astoundingly detailed graphics powered by the Unreal Engine 3 and immersive, non-linear gameplay. Last month FCK's Japanese release date was pushed twice, but a Namco spokesperson told us that this would have no affect on the North American date. Apparently this is not the case as 1UP got confirmation that FCK has indeed been delayed until second half of 2006.

'Drakengard 2' (PS2) - 20 New Screens

Drakengard 2 picks up 18 years after Caim's exploits in the first title. The heroes this time around are Nove, a young man who can speak with the Dragon known as Legna, and a now grown-up Mana. The two main characters are joined by Urich, a masked man said to have made a pact with the God of Death.
