The Running With Scissors newsletter reveals that a third Postal installment is in the works. "It has been formally announced that the next milestone in the POSTAL saga is already in development. The game, under the working title, POSTAL 3: Catharsis and is headed directly down the throat of the XBox 360 and the PC. More details on what happens to a complex, multi-dimensional individual like The Dude after he has razed Paradise and left it a (radioactive) parking lot. Activision has released the first patch for Lionhead's movie studio sim, The Movies. This update brings your US, UK, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Dutch retail game to v1.1 and will allow owners of the game to access the PropShop, which will feature a variety of new, downloadable content for the game, including additional costumes, sets, & props.
