Bringing its heritage of being the definitive cricket game series, Brian Lara International Cricket comes ten years after Codemasters launched the original Brian Lara game and over five years since the series appeared on any platform. Brian Lara returns to game screens this summer in Brian Lara International Cricket for PS2, Xbox and PC.

Civil War Bull Run uses the weapons, strategies, and tactics of the Civil War without limiting game play to the actual battles of the era. The developed game engine will be fully customizable by the player so that they can create their own maps, modify ballistics, and basically change the entire game. This demo consists of our first tutorial where we teach the player the basics of CWBR as they lead a Brigade through the steps to support their Division.

Whiptail Interactive today announced that Restricted Area, its critically acclaimed action/RPG, has shipped to retail stores nationwide. Restricted Area has been a highly anticipated game in the U.S. since its release last year in Germany.

Online retailer GameStop shed new light on what has been rumored for some time now, Burnout Revenge coming to the X360. A product page listing shows that Criterion's latest edition in the Burnout franchise has a tentative release date of November 1st, and will be sold for an estmated price of $59.99, which has also been previously discussed as being a possible price tag for next-gen console titles. GameStop put a disclaimer on the listing, saying that the release date is subject to change, but if not, this would mean the X360 could come as early as November 1st, right on time for the holiday season...

In an interview with EuroGamer, Remedy's Petri Järvilehto said that they were looking into the possibility to offer its upcoming next-gen title Alan Wake through a system similar to Valve's Steam. Fans of boxed games can rest assured though, as Remedy is only looking into it as an "option," while its main distributiuon will be done through the conventional boxed copy method. Petri also said that he thinks a digital only distribution is still a ways off.
