At Sony Online Entertainment's annual Fan Faire in Las Vegas it was announced that EverQuest (nearing its 10th anniversary) gets its 15th expansion, EQ: Seeds of Destruction, while the 2004 sequel The Shadow Odyssey gets its 5th, each adding new features, zones, abilities, spells, dungeons and increased level cap.

Set between the largely unexplored era between Ep III and Ep IV, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed casts players as Darth Vader's "Secret Apprentice" and promises to unveil new revelations about the Star Wars galaxy. LucasArts will release a playable on XBL/PSN on Aug. 21 featuring a special version of the Tie Fighter Construction Facility level, special powers and an ending not included in the retail game.
