Ever since the Silicon Knights vs. Epic lawsuit last, SK's president/founder Denis Dyack has been quite vocal about his dismay against Epic Games. Claiming "justice will be done."
Dryak says they "feel really good about our claims," and that the Gears of War/Unreal Engine 3 developer "defrauded us, and a major portion of the industry." The disagreement between the two companies dates back to late 2007 when Silicon Knights accused Epic of not delivering promised features in its Unreal Engine 3 engine until after its own UE3 powered game Gears of War shipped.
