'For Honor' Year 6 Season 4 Begins Next Week, Adds Seasonal Event, Battle Pass, New Hero Skin - Trailer

by Rainier on Dec. 8, 2022 @ 10:54 a.m. PST

For Honor is a fast-paced, competitive experience mixing skill, strategy, and team play with visceral melee combat.

Carve a path of destruction through the battlefield fighting for guts, glory, and survival in For Honor, a new melee action game developed by Ubisoft Montreal in collaboration with other Ubisoft studios.

Enter the chaos of a raging war as a knight, Viking, or samurai, three of the greatest warrior legacies. For Honor is a fast-paced and immersive experience, mixing skill with visceral, never-before-seen melee combat.

The Art of Battle, the game's innovative control system, puts you in total control of your heroes, each with distinct skills and weapons, as you annihilate all soldiers, archers, and opposing heroes who stand in your way on an intense, believable battleground.

For Honor offers an engaging campaign and thrilling multiplayer. Enjoy the full experience with friends online, in split-screen two-player co-op, or solo against AI.

Ubisoft revealed that the final season of For Honor’s Year 6, Shattered Fates, will launch December 15, 2022.

Inspired by Arabian legends, this season introduces a new map realization, as well a new Hero Skin for the Black Prior, new Battle Pass and Battle Bundle, the Frost Wind Nights event, and brings back the Testing Grounds on December 22 focusing on the Jormungandr Hero.

Shattered Fates concludes Year 6: Lost Horizons, marking For Honor's first fully Crossplay season. The fabled relic introduced this season is the Celestial Sphere, guarded closely by the secretive kingdom of Arabia. Commander Ravier is tasked with finding the Celestial Sphere and stealing its forbidden prophecies. Armed with this knowledge, the Black Priors hope to conquer Heathmoor—and they will spare none who know its secrets. As a top lieutenant of the Black Priors, Commander Ravier cuts a fearsome figure, so an exclusive Hero Skin will be available to purchase for 25,000 Steel or in a bundle with 7-Day Champion Status and three scavenger crates for $11.99.

The seasonal event, Frost Wind Nights, returns with the chilling Ice Brawlers game mode under a starry night. Players can jump in starting December 15 until January 5 and uncover new lootable weapons, a free event pass, and more.

Year 6 Season 4’s Battle Pass will be available at launch with 100 tiers of different rewards reflecting the season’s theme. Players can grab the traditional Battle Pass for $9.99, or the Battle Bundle is available for $24.99, which includes the Battle Pass and instantly unlocks 25 tiers.

For Honor is available on PS4, Xbox One and PC, playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S through backward compatibility.
