Frontline Attack: War over Europe, a 3D real-time strategy game in the works at Poland-based development teams In Images and Reality Pump. Frontline Attack: War over Europe uses the Earth III engine known from games such as Earth 2140, Earth 2150. Eidos seems to have picked up the rights to Zuxxez Entertainment's "World War II: Panzer Claws", the 3D RTS that was already in development since last year. German RTS fans can rejoice, the game will be released a full month earlier than anywhere else. Njoy the screens!

'Soldiers Of Anarchy' Movies

Tonight Blues News serves up some movies from Soldiers of Anarchy, the 3D tactical RTS being developed at Silverstyle Entertainment. There is a gameplay movie that sports some three and a half minutes of action-packed footage, demonstrating combat with the game's eponymous soldiers and a variety of vehicles, complete with a rocking soundtrack for the price of a 17.2 MB download in AVI format. The second movie demonstrates the game's editor in more than six minutes of AVI footage (18.3 MB), complete with German commentary by lead designer Carsten Strehse.

UbiSoft and Bluebyte let us know that tomorrow between 16.00-17.00PM (Euro time) you might experience problems accessing Settlers lobby and Bluebyte servers due to maintenance work. Ubi.com nor the other Ubisoft servers will be affected (unless lightning strikes) by this. At the same time we can also announce that a new Settlers 4 mission cd is expected in Oktober (last mission cd was August 2001) bringing new campaigns to the game.

New developer 'Mindware Studios' just announced their first title, an action/adventure game 'Cold War'. Cold War will put the player in the role of Chaser Jones, an American reporter caught in a web of intrigue and conspiracy in the Soviet Union during the 80's. The game will emphasize stealth (much like IGI2 and other recent tactical shooters), and will take you to Eastern European historical settings such as the Red Square, Chernobyl and Baikonur. Vivendi Universal Publishing (VU Publishing) today announced a worldwide development agreement with 2015, Inc., the acclaimed creators of Medal of Honor Allied Assault. The agreement grants VU Publishing's Games division exclusive rights to publish, market and distribute 2015's upcoming action title, while 2015 will be responsible for creation of the game.
