SOE today announced EverQuest: Omens of War, a new expansion for the incredibly popular PC MMORPG, EverQuest. This expansion will feature new high-level Epic weapons while raising the player level cap to level 70. EverQuest players will also enjoy a new visual appearance thanks to the use of the new next-generation graphics engine. EverQuest: Omens of War is scheduled to be available at retail and for digital download from SOE for $29.99 in July.

Encore today announced its title lineup for the 2004 Electronic Entertainment Expo, May 12-14 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Ubisoft today announced that the company’s award-winning Montreal studio is currently developing Prince of Persia 2 (working title), a follow-up to the most critically acclaimed game of 2003, Prince of Persia The Sands of Time.

The latest Settlers game takes the franchise and pushes it to the next level. Fans will enjoy fully animated 3D technology and enhanced gameplay features, but still be able to relive the experience that makes the Settlers series such a big hit.
