Encore announced today that the ship date for Soldner: Secret Wars has moved to June 22 (originally May 4th). "The response to the beta demo for Soldner: Secret Wars was overwhelming and far exceeded our expectations. The great support and feedback from both the Soldner community and gamers that downloaded the demo has been instrumental in helping our development partners identify and address issues with the game’s server/portal infrastructure, gameplay and balancing that need to be resolved in order to ensure as smooth a launch as possible when the product ships to retail."

Get ready soccer fans! EA hasjust announced that UEFA EURO 2004 has shipped under the EA SPORTS brand for the PS2, Xbox, and PC. UEFA EURO 2004 was developed to coincide with the finals of the UEFA EURO 2004 tournament in Portugal and is the officially licensed game of the tournament, which begins in June.

Microsoft Corp. will continue breaking ground in the computer gaming arena next week, as Games for Windows establishes its presence at E3. The new Games for Windows booth will showcase platform-defining titles for Windows and make Microsoft the first company to host two booths in the South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. The booth will feature 20 games from the hottest publishers in the industry, including Electronic Arts, Atari and Sony Online Entertainment.
