Originally released in 1989 on SNES/C64 by SEGA, a new ESRB listing has it coming to Xbox 360, presumably as an Xbox Live Arcade title.

Batman: Arkham Asylum is a 3rd-person action game powered by the Unreal Engine 3, with a dark and gritty setting reminiscent of Bioshock. A few weeks ago, we revealed a $100 Batman collector's edition, which has now been confirmed.
