Infinity Ward and Activision have confirmed the multiplayer beta of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will take place this August. The announcement was revealed as part of the Microsoft press briefing in Santa Monica, CA, held on the eve of the E3 Media & Business Summit 2007.
