The story begins in Sweden. Sven - our hero - is designated to go to a distant village and meet with two local resistance soldiers. He eventually travels through Eastern Europe to reach Greece - where the game's final chapter will take place. Sven will visit other countries along the way - including Poland and Slovakia. The main plot is about the Wunderwaffe - a superweapon the Nazis hope to use against the free world. Sven discovers the plans - but it's too late to ask for help. "MechWarrior 4: Mercenaries" allows players to play for fortune, not honor, as they become leaders of a fledgling mercenary company in the latest standalone installment of the critically acclaimed MechWarrior action-simulator franchise. Players control 100 ton 'Mechs while leading up to eight hired guns into the heat of battle in the quest for the all-mighty C-Bill. SC2 features seven distinctive modes of game-play including: Arcade, Vs, Time Attack, Survival, Team Battle, Practice, and the console exclusive, Weapon Master. Weapon Master is a "complete the mission" mode combined with an RPG twist. In this mode, the player can collect and equip their character with up to 200 different weapons, thus adding a deeper level of strategy to every new battle. Gotham Games has officially opened its doors on the Web. The new site was launched today. Gotham’s Web site offers surfers a one-stop source for news, previews, screen shots, exclusive content, Q&As and all information on Gotham Games’ exciting lineup of products.
