It's now "officially" scheduled for mid-April.

Matrix Games has released a new patch for its naval warfare sim Harpoon 3: Advanced Naval Warfare, adding a streamlined game interface, tweaked and improved gameplay, and reinforcing Harpoon 3's level of realism. Splash Damage announced that it has recruited Killzone 2 Lead Level Designer Neil Alphonso, who will now be in charge of its team of Level Designers and will direct their efforts for our new (and still unannounced) title with Bethesda Softworks. Earlier Splash also snagged Lionhead's lead designer on Fable II Richard Ham for the same project.
