Blood Bowl, based on Games Workshop's board game, is a "game" of American football played by the insane warriors of the fantasy Warhammer universe, allowing you to create and manage teams that will take part in epic battles where fair play is for sissies. Originally scheduled for Q1 2009, Cyanide has pushed the game's launch until Q2.

Japanese video game developer and publisher AQ Interactive, known for Bullet Witch, Vampire Rain, and currently working on Blue Dragon Plus, has officially canceled its upcoming action RPG Cry On (developed by Mistwalker/Cavia). AQI issued a statement saying, "AQI decided to cancel the project after analyzing the current market environment and forecasts for the future. We deeply apologize for troubling those who were awaiting its release."
